Khan Academy Physics, basically a video textbook:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLAD5B880806EBE0A4
some mistakes (for example: impulse is measured in kgm/s or Ns not Joules) but generally good introduction to each topic. Watch before the class.
Mechanical Universe
: 52 videos of about 30 minutes each with Cal-tech instructor going over the history of physics, first aired in 1985. I really like the relativity ones, episodes 41-44. A bit slow but if you set the playback to 1.5x it moves along.
The perimeter Institute of Theoretical physics Lecture library:
https://www.perimeterinstitute.ca/video-library
Triumf, the particle accelerator at UBC, has a collection of videos:
http://vimeo.com/triumflab/channels
including some of their Saturday Morning Lecture Series directed at high school students.
I like this one, narrated and probably written by ex-Churchillian Aaron Lao: 99 things you can do at Triumf:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1c45_2Brbw
Bill Gates bought the rights to Feynman's classic lectures on physics:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/research/project/tuva-richard-feynman/?
Minute Physics
: Explaining physics stuff in short youtube videos.
Doodle Science
: tied to the UK - A levels and IB curriculae
veritasium
: cool science explorations
physics girl
: great physics videos
Pysics Teacher Michel Von Biezen giving lectures:

Flipping Physics:

Some science teacher, Paul Anderson has videos of him doing his lessons in 10 minute clips that is apparently popular:
